Inplain is the delivery layer after an AI agent finishes the work.

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other agents can send structured source through MCP or the CLI. Inplain turns it into an editable deck, document, dashboard, or live web link, while Office files remain available as fallback exports.

Three checks before choosing an agent delivery tool

Can an AI agent create an Inplain artifact without copy-paste?

Yes. Connect through MCP or invoke the CLI so the agent can generate, edit, export, and create a share link from its working environment.

Are Inplain exports editable or flattened screenshots?

PPTX, DOCX, and XLSX exports use native file structures for their supported content. Web-only motion and interactions are reduced or omitted, so the live link remains the highest-fidelity artifact.

When should I use Quarto, Gamma, or Microsoft 365 instead?

Use Quarto for code-first reproducible publishing, Gamma for rapid presentation-first design, and Microsoft 365 when strict native Office behavior is the primary requirement.
